To cooperate in a flow management program designed to maintain <br /> target minimum flows of 10.0 c.f.s. on the Arkansas River just • <br /> below Pueblo Dam, as provided in the Implementation Committee <br /> Report; and <br /> • <br /> b. To participate in a long-term water quality monitoring program as <br /> • <br /> outlined in the Implementation Committee Report. The fnancial . <br /> obligations for such participation are expected to begin in January <br /> • 2002 (prior to execution of a Reoperation Contract), pursuant to a <br /> joint funding agreement between the Enterprise and the United <br /> States Geological Survey ( "USGS "). The USGS has estimated the • <br /> • <br /> cost for the monitoring program in 2002 to be $164, with the <br /> • <br /> non- federal portion of the cost -share estimated to be $97,300. <br /> • 10.
