ENLARGEMENTS MOA
PUEBLO BOARD OF WATERWORKS
for Enlargements are estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000.
While these estimates illustrate the expected range of magnitude of costs,
Participant's obligations pursuant to this MOA are based on actual costs
incurred, rather than estimates.
2. Participant agrees to reimburse the Enterprise for its share of the
Enterprise's pre - authorization implementation costs for Enlargements.
Participant's share of such costs shall be based on the ratio of Participant's
intended Enlargements Storage space pursuant to this MOA (5,000 A.F.)
to the total intended Enlargements Storage space requested to be
constructed for all Enlargements Participants (not including Enterprise
Water Management Storage space) as provided in MOA's with all
Enlargements Participants. Participant's share of costs also shall include a
prorated portion of costs attributable to development of the Enterprise
Water Management Storage space that is to be made available as part of'
the Enlargements, reflecting Participant's obligation to fund the
development of an additional 15 percent of storage space over -and -above
storage actually realized by the Participant to develop the Enterprise Water
