ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS <br /> The Enterprise and Participant shall cooperate in the implementation and <br /> development of the Enlargements as set forth in this MOA. Specifically, the <br /> Participant and the Enterprise each shall have the following responsibilities: <br /> A. Participant's responsibilities: <br /> 1. Participant shall participate in the implementation costs of the <br /> Enlargements as set forth in this MOA, in exchange for a right to the use <br /> of storage space, to the extent permitted by a subsequent Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract. Prior to enactment of the Enlargement Authorizing <br /> Legislation, implementation of Enlargements will require expenditures of <br /> money by the Enterprise (including reimbursement to the United States <br /> pursuant to MOU, and the Enterprise's own legal, accounting and other <br /> consulting fees and administrative costs) in order to develop appropriate <br /> engineering studies, feasibility studies, and plans for construction and <br /> operation of the Enlargements, to draft and advocate the Enlargement <br /> Authorizing Legislation, and for associated activities in compliance with <br /> NEPA and related statutes.
