ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS <br /> specified tasks relating to the implementation and development of the <br /> Enlargements. In addition to its costs incurred pursuant to said MOU, the <br /> Enterprise will incur additional costs (including but not limited to engineering, <br /> environmental, legal, accounting and other consulting fees and administrative <br /> costs) in carrying out its role in the implementation and development of the <br /> Enlargements. <br /> G. As described in greater detail in the PSOP Report (where it is generally referred to <br /> as "District Water Management Storage ") and the Implementation Committee <br /> Report, the Enterprise's allocated portion of Enlargement Storage space provided <br /> for herein ( "Enterprise Water Management Storage ") is designed to meet a variety <br /> of Enterprise water management objectives, including (a) improved management <br /> of Winter Water, by providing dedicated storage space to capture Winter Water <br /> spilled from the existing capacity of Pueblo Reservoir due to implementation of <br /> Reoperations; (b) management of Fryingpan - Arkansas Project return flows and <br /> other water supplies used for well augmentation; (c) storage space for a water <br /> bank, and/ or to manage temporary water transfers from agricultural to municipal <br /> users under interruptible supply or water lease agreements; and (d) storage space <br /> -6- <br />
