ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS <br /> and maintenance ( "O&M") of the Enlargement storage space. In <br /> addition, Participant shall remain obligated to pay such additional <br /> Fryingpan- Arkansas Project O &M as would otherwise be due. <br /> Such O &M costs will be paid by the Enlargement Participants and <br /> the Enterprise in proportion to each party's allocated portion of the <br /> storage space made available by the Enlargements. The Enterprise <br /> shall fund the O &M costs attributable to the Enterprise Water <br /> Management Storage space through charges on the use of the <br /> Enterprise Water Management Space and consistent with the <br /> funding plan developed, as described in section IV. B., below. <br /> b. Following construction of the Enlargements, Participant must be <br /> under contract and in compliance with Participant's contract <br /> executed with the United States for use of Re operations storage <br /> space. Compliance with the existing long -term If and When <br /> storage contract held by Board of Water Works of Pueblo meets <br /> this obligation. <br /> -13- <br />
