ENLARGEMENTS MOA
PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS
or may be by separate agreement preliminary to execution of an
Enlargement Allotment Contract. Participant will be responsible to fund
the engineering, final design, and construction costs attributable to its own
portion of the enlargement project based upon its pro rata share of
enlargement space as identified in an Enlargement Allotment Contract.
Participant will also be responsible to fund the development and
construction of an additional 15 percent of storage space over -and -above
storage actually realized by the Participant to develop the Enterprise Water
Management Storage space, as described in the Implementation
Committee Report.
7. Participant makes the following commitments, with the expectation that
these commitments, as detailed in the Implementation Committee Report,
will be reflected in any Enlargement Allotment Contract entered into by
Participant:
a. Participant shall pay all charges set in its Enlargement Allotment
Contract, including its proportionate share of costs of operation
