ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> of the Participant and other Enlargements Participants as set forth in this <br /> MOA. <br /> C. Enterprise and Enlargements Participants' joint responsibilities: Implementation <br /> Committee participation: <br /> 1. The Storage Implementation Committee is a successor to the Storage <br /> Study Committee, which acted as an advisory committee to the Needs <br /> Assessment Enterprise. Each Enlargements Participant shall have one <br /> representative on the Storage Implementation Committee, which shall act <br /> as an advisory committee to the Enterprise regarding implementation and <br /> development of Reoperations and Enlargements. Membership in the <br /> Storage Implementation Committee may or may not be limited to <br /> representatives of the Enterprise and the Enlargements Participants and <br /> participants in Reoperations, at the discretion of the Enterprise Board. The <br /> Implementation Committee may form a Enlargements Subcommittee <br /> consisting of representatives of the Enterprise and Enlargements <br /> -21- <br />
