ENLARGEMENTS MOA

representatives of the Enterprise and the Enlargements Participants and
participants in Reoperations, at the discretion of the Enterprise Board. The
Implementation Committee may form a Enlargements Subcommittee •
consisting of representatives of the Enterprise and Enlargements
Participants, to provide guidance specific to implementation and
development of the Enlargements.
2. The Enterprise will enter into Enlargement Allotment Contracts only with
Enlargements Participants that reimburse their proportionate share of
•
implementation costs to the Enterprise pursuant to a MOA executed prior
to enactment of the Enlargements Authorizing Legislation. Those entities
executing such a MOA after .O.,t.14 • 2001, will be required to
reimburse appropriate costs, including, but not limited to a proportionate
share of implementation costs, together with interest. Nothing herein shall
preclude the Enterprise from issuing "EWMS Allotment Contracts" as
described in the Implementation Committee Report.
