• <br /> ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> 3. The Enterprise shall provide to Participant all estimates and accounting <br /> reasonably necessary to facilitate the payments referred to in Part V of this <br /> MOA, and shall provide to Participant an annual report documenting all <br /> costs and expenditures, and summarizing progress to date and anticipated <br /> future work. <br /> 4. The Enterprise will deposit funds received from Participant in an <br /> interest- bearing account, for use to pay implementation costs of the <br /> Enlargements as such costs are incurred. <br /> 5. The Enterprise shall be responsible for facilitating the definition, <br /> implementation, and administration of the flow management program as <br /> outlined in the Implementation Committee Report, with the advice of the <br /> Storage Implementation Committee. Similarly, the Enterprise in <br /> cooperation with the USGS shall be responsible for facilitating the <br /> definition, implementation and administration of the long -term water <br /> quality monitoring program as outlined in the Implementation Committee <br /> Report, with the advice of the Storage Implementation Committee. <br /> -19- <br />
