• <br /> ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> order to store its own non - Project water in one or more of the enlarged <br /> Fry-Ark Reservoirs. <br /> B. Enterprise responsibilities: <br /> 1. The Enterprise shall undertake efforts, in cooperation with the <br /> Enlargements Participants, to enact appropriate legislation to provide the <br /> necessary authority for necessary studies leading to, and for construction <br /> of, the Enlargements. <br /> 2. The Enterprise, during the next two years, may devise an appropriate <br /> funding plan to fund additional Enterprise Water Management Space <br /> beyond that funded by the Participant's and other Enlargement <br /> Participants' commitment for 15 percent of storage space over -and -above <br /> the storage actually realized by the Participants. If such additional space is <br /> to be provided, the funding plan will be in place prior to enactment of <br /> Enlargements Authorizing Legislation or execution of Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contracts. <br /> -18- <br />
