ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> • WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> d. Participant shall participate in a long -term water quality monitoring <br /> program as outlined in the Implementation Committee Report. <br /> The financial obligations for such participation are expected to <br /> begin in January 2002 (prior to execution of a Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract), pursuant to a joint funding agreement <br /> between the Enterprise and the United States Geological Survey <br /> ( "USGS "). The long -term water quality monitoring program costs <br /> for Enlargements are estimated to be $ 9 " 1 , o o o for each <br /> year beginning in 2002. While this estimate illustrates the <br /> expected range of magnitude of costs, Participant's obligations <br /> pursuant to this MOA are based on actual costs incurred, rather <br /> than estimates. <br /> e. Any new uses of the south outlet works at Pueblo Dam shall assure <br /> that capacity for the Arkansas Valley Conduit is not compromised. <br /> The Pueblo Dam south outlet works capacity is 359 cfs, which <br /> includes 30.94 cfs for the Arkansas Valley Conduit, 278.50 cfs for <br /> the Pueblo Board of Water Works, 30.60 cfs for the Fountain <br /> -15- <br />
