ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> b. Following construction of the Enlargements, Participant must be <br /> under contract and in compliance with Participant's contract <br /> executed with the United States for use of Reoperations storage <br /> space. Compliance with the existing long -term If and When <br /> storage contract held by Board of Water Worlcs of Pueblo meets <br /> this obligation. <br /> c. Participant shall cooperate in a flow management program <br /> designed to bypass sufficient inflows when necessary to achieve <br /> target minimum flows of 100 c.f.s. (including Fish Hatchery return <br /> flows) on the Arkansas River just below Pueblo Dam, as provided <br /> in the Implementation Committee Report. Additional terms and <br /> limitations may be included in Participant's Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract in order to implement other storage, exchange <br /> or flow limitations that may be agreed upon between the Enterprise <br /> and other parties. <br /> -14- <br />
