Enlargements Plan and Process. <br /> A. The goal of Enlargements is to construct up to 94,000 A.F. of new reservoir <br /> storage capacity for the Enlargement Participants and the Enterprise, by some <br /> combination of a Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement and a Turquoise Reservoir <br /> Enlargement. Other eligible entities may elect to participate in Enlargements by <br /> executing an MOA with the Enterprise on terms substantially similar to this <br /> -3- <br />
