It is recognized that as part of this <br />regional plan it would not make sense to collect this information before the project but as <br />part of the project. As part of the grant award, a contingency will be placed in the <br />approval letter that spells out that the following items will be satisfied in the final <br />deliverables of the project. <br />a. Current retail water demand for each entity for past 5 years <br />b. Information characterizing past water use by customer sector for each <br />entity <br />c. Current and last 5 years GPCD for all entities and basis for calculation <br />d. Past, current, and predicted future population of all entities with source <br />of information <br />e. Savings goals- would like a % of savings estimated to be achieved for <br />each entity as well as from the whole regional plan itself <br />
