The Water Referee of Water <br />Division No. 6 rereferred the Application to the Water Judge in Water Division No. 6 on June 23, <br />2003, because the Water Referee is an employee of the Applicant, the Colorado River Water <br />Conservation District and its Colorado River Water Projects Enterprise, By Order dated September <br />5, 2003, the Water Judge clarified that he would act as the water referee in this matter until the <br />matter is set for trial or a party files a formal notice of intent to protest an adverse ruling. The <br />Applicant and the only Objector in this case have reached an agreement resolving the Objector's <br />concerns. The Water Judge therefore considers it appropriate at this time to act on this matter as the <br />Water Judge and enter a final decree. The undersigned Water Judge has made such investigations <br />as are necessary to determine whether or not the statements in the Application are true and has <br />become fully advised with respect to the subject matter of the Application. <br />
