The f ailura of the Board oi <br />Directore to invoke any one or more of euch remedie� or the <br />failure of the eccretary to give any notico herein provided <br />to be given shall in no event conetitute or be deesned to be a <br />waiver of tha right of tho Board of Directore thereafter to <br />invoke any or all of euch remediae. <br />ARTICLE VII. <br />8uperintendent. <br />8ection 1--Appointment and Removal--The Aoard of Direc- <br />tora ehnll select and may thereafter remove a euperintendent, <br />�hose salary or compensation ehall be fiaed by reaolution of <br />the board. 8uoh superintendent may or me,y not be a member of <br />the Board of Diractore� or a etockholder of the oompeny. <br />Section 2--Powere and Duties--The euperintendent ehall <br />have entire charge of tho menage�vent and operatlon of the irri- <br />gation syetem of the oompany, acting in all thinqe and at all <br />times under the supervision end control oY the Board of Direotorei <br />He ehall give hie �pers�he�Y "a"ttemti'on `t6 the busineae of the <br />company, and he may not delegate eny of hie powere or dutiee to <br />any other pereon rvithout the written aonsent oY the Board oi <br />Directore. During the irrigating eeaeon he ehall keep an <br />accurate record ahowing the volume of �ater flos�ing through <br />the company'e main head �ate, each day, and the total atnount <br />of a,ater etored in the company�s reservoirs, once every thirty <br />days, or oftener, if vrater conditione require it. He ehall <br />also keep en accurate record of water allocated to each of the <br />lateral head qatee on all of the companp's main ditches and with <br />outlete through the company'e reservoire. <br />-14- <br />
