June 4, 2009 <br />TASK 5 — Demobilization (one day) <br />Description of Task — Evacuate equipment and materials from project site. <br />Method/Procedure - Exit gracefully leaving site and removing all traces of equipment and <br />activity. <br />Deliverable — Job complete. <br />Deliverables for all phases of this Project - Restore the ability of the channel, over time, in the <br />present climate, to be able to transport flow and detritus in such a manner as to maintain <br />dimensions, pattern, slope, and profile without aggrading or degrading, while maintaining scour <br />and sediment transport. <br />• Ensure compliance with Compact obligations <br />• Meet agricultural needs for irrigation more effectively <br />• More adequately support the priority system <br />• Significantly reduce maintenance demands of diversion structures; <br />• Create a channel that will hold expected and experienced floodwaters of the San Antonio <br />• Maintain the stable width/depth ratio of the channel; <br />• Maintain the shear stress to move the largest size particles to maintain stability; <br />• Decrease near -bank velocity; <br />• Ensure stability of structures during major floods; <br />• Maintain fish passage at all flows; <br />• Improve fish habitat and riparian areas habitat <br />• Create a channel that is visually compatible with natural surrounding; <br />• Reduce erosion and prevent sediment deposition; and <br />• Greatly reduce the risk of flood. <br />REPORTING AND FINAL DELIVERABLE <br />Reporting: The applicant shall provide the CWCB a progress report every 6 months, beginning <br />from the date of the executed contract. The progress report shall describe the completion or <br />partial completion of the tasks identified in the scope of work including a description of any <br />major issues that have occurred and any corrective action taken to address these issues. <br />Final Deliverable: At completion of the project, the applicant shall provide the CWCB a final <br />report that summarizes the project and documents how the project was completed. This report <br />may contain photographs, summaries of meetings and engineering reports /designs. <br />El Codo Ditch Company 7 Updated Statement of Work <br />
