<br />WHEREAS, a contract was entered into on Auyust 25, 1989,
<br />Cvntract Encwnbrance Nuu�b�r C-153567 (the Urigirial Contract),
<br />between the State and tF�e Contractor; and
<br />WHEREAS, the cost of constr•ucting the �roject was less than
<br />wtiat was or•�iginal]y est�i.matea; arid
<br />WHEREAS, b�caus�� of tne decreased cost it is now necessary
<br />to deerease ttie mone�y made available to ttie Contractor.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, it �is hiereby agr�ed that;
<br />1. Consideration far this amendment to the Original
<br />Contr•act, Contraet Encumbrance Number C-153567, dated August
<br />25, 1989, consists af the payments whicFi shall be rtiade pur•suarit
<br />to this amendment �nd the promises and a9r�ements herein set
<br />forth.
