- 7-

. TWO MEETING WERE SET AT THIS POINT: both on September II th Meeting (I) 9:30
AM at Denver Water for the modeling discussions and (2) I PM - meeting at Foster Wheeler
for the Recreation Study
. Larry Lang - the water users will need to lobby the state to pay it all. We have gone to the
board three or four times the most recent time hooked to a floodplain study
. March Waage - brought up the point of water users funding the study. What do I get for my
money, do I get an in? Do we pay a chunk and get preferential treatment? Who ever is
willing to go before the board is encouraged to do so.

Conclusions:
This was a productive meeting and the water users support and interest will be integral to the success
of the Reallocation Study. Two meetings are scheduled for September I I th, a morning meeting at
Denver Water and a afternoon meeting at Tetra Tech, a reminder email will remind you. In the
future meeting minutes and reports will housed on the CWCB website and an email will be sent
when they are posted.
