reallocation. We will have a study group during the recreation season. During recreation season the
reservoir allows five feet of fluctuation for Denver Water. After Labor Day nine-foot drop in the pool. It
is down seven feet as of today. It's down typically nine feet in the winter. There was an agreement in the
70's with Denver water for this. The study needs to develop a master plan for the final elevation. The
Corps and study team can come up with generic costs for the four pool levels. Even if we can't replace it
we need to know what are the costs. All those costs will be costs to water users. Fluctuations of water
levels may make a facility or feature unusable. But with good topo maps we can make good decisions. If
you will inundate often then we need to move it upshore.

Next meetinl!.s
Since the water demand and recreational study will take time to complete the next meeting will be in
February 2002 with results from these studies. There will be upcoming conference calls and meetings
regarding recreation between Gary Dendril (Foster Wheeler) and Kent Wiley (State Parks).
