She holds an M.A. in educational psychology, and conflict management certification from <br />CDR Associates. MaryLou has extensive background in water supply policy matters beginning with <br />a twelve year tenure on the Fort Collins Water Board. She has been an active observer and writer <br />about water conflict in Colorado beginning with Referendum A in 2003 and currently including the <br />basin roundtables and the statewide Interbasin Compact Committee components of the HB1177 <br />process. She has designed and facilitated forums and meetings for clients such as Rocky Mountain <br />Farmers' Union, Center for Native Ecosystems, and CSU Extension Service. <br />-4-
