Task 704 - Monitor Progress of Grant and Coordinate Deliverables
Progress on each work task within the Scope of Work will be monitored, tracked and verified for
completeness. The engineering and technical work will be overseen by Black & Veatch in
coordination with the Project Manager. Overall oversight and monitoring will be performed by
the Project Manager to assure compliance with the grant requirements.
Task 705 - Prepare and Submit Quarterly Progress Reports of Work in Process
The grant project requires sufficient progress reports to assure that the work as outlined is
progressing in a timely manner. Progress reports including any completed Technical Memos or
other deliverables will be cataloged and available for review. These reports will be prepared by
the Project Manager on a quarterly basis and reviewed with EPA staff.
Task 706 - Complete Follow-up and Submit Final Report
The grant requires that upon completion of the work, a review of the project and verification
with all requirements be completed and submitted to the EPA. This will include a written
Executive Summary, the complete report and all deliverables as called for in the Scope of Work.
Deliverables include quarterly reports, invoices, variance reports, final report, and analysis of
progress and deliverables as the grant project progresses.
These tasks and deliverables will provide oversight that will insure compliance with grant
requirements as well as keeping the project on time and in focus. This is vital to assuring that the
grant project will lead to a successful Environmental process and eventual design and
construction of the Conduit.
9
