Box 68, Breckenridge, <br />For good and valuabla consideratian the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknawledged, Grantor hereby <br />qrants, bargains, sells and conveys to the Caunty 8 cfs of the <br />10 cfs decreed to the Dillon Ditch, no. 113, priority no. 125, <br />decreed by the Sumr.iit County Distr.ict Court in Civil Action <br />Ko, 1806 £Qr domestic purposes, the source of which is.Salt <br />Lick Creek, the headgate of which is decreed as being located <br />on the south bank of said creek at a point whence the S~ <br />corner of Section 14, T. 5 S., R. 73 W. of the 6th P.Zd. bears <br />S. 81°S8~ E. 1832 feet; ~oqether with all appurtenances <br />thereto, and together with a11 easQment~ ar.d r~ghts-of-way <br />- used in connection therewith; and warrants the title against <br />all persons claiming under Grantor, ~rea and clear of all <br />liens and encumbrances. <br />To have and to hold the same unto the County, its <br />successors and assigns forever. <br />Specifically excepted and reserved from the foregoing <br />conveyance is 2 cfs of the 10 cfs of the above--d~scribed <br />Di11on Ditch, together with all appurtenances, easements and <br />rights-of-way used in connection with said reserved 2 cfs..
