User intends to convert the Allocated Share into <br />Di].lon Reservoir Water pursuant to paragraph 7 of the Clinton. <br />Reservoir-Fraser River Water Agreement dated Jul.y 21, 1992, <br />between Denver, ~he County, User and various other par~ies. <br />Given tha intended use, this Agreement and the use of the <br />Allocated Share shall not be entitled to the benefits of the <br />Uppex' Blue River Basin Memorandum of Agreement and the Lowex' <br />Blue River Basin Memorandum of Agreement, both dated <br />October 25, 1989, between the Count~ and the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board. <br />• <br />17. User's failure to comply with the terms and <br />canditions of this Agreement shall. cause the Allocated Share <br />to automatically revert back to the County. <br />18.
