The document <br />is Yeady for submittal to Suinmit County. <br />• Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br />Storm Water Control Permit <br />Construction Dewatering Pexmit <br />401 Water Quality Cextification <br />No agency has indicated a fatal flaw in the project; thus, we believe the pxoject will secuxe the <br />necessary permits and approvals pxior to site disturbance. <br />2.5 Financial Feasibility <br />The engineer's estimate for the project is $6,315,000 which includes design, engineering, perrr~tt~ng <br />and estimated construction costs. The Town of Dillon is xesponsible fox 20% of design, <br />engineeYing and permitting through the IGA (.ree Old Dillon 1~e.rerUOir Intergovernmental Agreement, <br />Exhibit D). The Town of Dillon will be responsible foY 26.25% of the construction costs as the <br />Town's ownership of the enlargement has increased. The Town will receive a total of 109 AF for a <br />total cost of $1,728,000 including Town of Dillon attorney fees and CWCB loan fee.
