Perform histopathological studies on vital organs of Colorado <br />squawfish and humpback chubs for the effects of selective toxicants. <br />Acute toxicity of 16 selected chemicals to the Colorado <br />squawfish and humpback chub <br />General Objectives: <br />To determine the relative toxicity of eight organic and eight inorganic <br />toxicants of the Colorado squawfish. <br />Specific Objectives: <br />1. To determine the statistical LC50 and 95% confidence limits of <br />selected chemicals for three life stages (postlarval, juvenile and <br />subadult) of squawfish at a water temperature of 17° C. <br />2. To determine the statistical LC50 and 95% confidence limits of <br />selected chemicals for juvenile squawfish at water temperatures of 12% <br />17° and 22° C. <br />3.
