ESA REQUIREMENTS
FEBRUARY 1, 1996
All requirements of the Endangered Species Act must be met as part of the
planning and implementation of the controlled propagation program for listed,
and candidate species. This will include; 1. Intra-Service Section 7
consultation, 2. permits, and 3. required accompli-shment reporting. These
actions will be initiated by the Fishery project leader with the State
Supervisor of the Ecological Services field office in their state. If you
have any questions contact your supervisor.

in this coordination, communication and required action process.
