USGS record data bases used the UC400 division to habitat time series
analysis. The user must coordinate with UC400 for permission to access
those files.

CAUTION: Make sure you understand the assumptions in the CRSS run
when using this data.
RCVTRSM provides the linkage of the USBR CRSS model with PHABSIM.
The entire output file from CRSS is converted to NWDC format and may
include data that is not of interest in a fishery analysis. The user
must extract the appropriate records from file SITES for habitat analysis
as the output file associated with CRSS may vary. Users are advised
to work closely with USBR when making this linkage.
