• RMLSTS
-RMLSTS,PCOL,TI,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,T8,T9,T10,CLSTS
Where: T1-T10 - are up to 10 separate habitat time series
files for various life stages of one or more
species.
CLSTS - output file containing merged habitat time
series.
CAUTION: File TI through T(N) must be local before using this program.
T(N) is the last file you wish to merge, N may be less than
10.
RMLSTS allows the user to generate a merged time series of several
life stages. The user has two options in selecting the months of the
year that are of importance to a given species-life stage.
1. If a single life stage file is input and the months con-
sidered important selected, the non-selected months in the
habitat time series will be set to a large negative
number; thereby removing them from the time series.
2. If more than one life stage file is input, a single output
time series in which the user selected life stages are
displayed in the user selected months is generated.
RCOMBTS
-RCOMBTS,PCOL,TI,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,T8,T9,T10,COMBD
Where: T1-T10 - Habitat time series files for up to 10 study
sites.
COMBD - File containing time series of sums of WUA for
the input study sites.
CAUTION: Files Tl-T(N)-N as in RMLSTS above - must be local before using
this procedure.
RCOMBTS allows the user to produce a weighted sum time series at
up to 10 study sites. This allows development of basin indexes of
total habitat availability under alternate management approaches. The
input time series should all represent the same phenomena, i.e., if one
time series is temperature adjusted, they all should be; if one time
series has merged life stages, they all should have the same life stage
merged in the same months, etc.
RCOMB
-RCOMB,PCOL,F,G,COMBD
• Where: F - a time series file
G - a second time series file
COMBD - resultant combined time series
43
