<br />SIIMMARY: The Sen~fce provides
<br />notice that proposals to list certain
<br />species of plants and wildlife as Ir.'n-
<br />dangered or Threatened or to deter-
<br />mine Critics] Habitat for such species
<br />pursuant to the Endangered Species
<br />Act of 1973 do not meet requiremctnts
<br />set Sorth in the Endangered Specit~s
<br />Act Amendments of 1978 (Public Law
<br />P5-632, 92 Stat. 3751). Proposals to list
<br />species will require supplcnunL;itlun
<br />prior W the issuance of tlnal rules.
<br />Specifically, the Service will determine
<br />u~ltctlter critical habitat should be pro-
<br />po:;ed for these species. Proposals to
<br />dctennine Critical fIabit.at are with-
<br />druwn and will rrquirc rc-proposal if
<br />appropriate.
