flow depletions, power generation, construction status, and litigation in the Upper
Colorado River Commission Annual Reports, published by the Commission in Salt
Lake City, Utah.
McAda (1978) cataloged 324 existing and proposed water development
projects in the Upper Basin. He presented information on the location, sponsor,
facility type, status, project components, and possible impacts of each project.
Smith (1982) cataloged 111 existing or proposed projects up to 1982.
