5. The Service will continue to operate the continuous flow
recorder during the winter, and through September 1988. Stage
and flow information will be made available for use by the
SSARR model.
6. The Service will conduct aworkshop in July 1988 to acquaint
biologists with the capabilities of the SSARR model, and to
test operational scenarios for Flaming Gorge Reservoir.
7. All tasks described above will be completed by September 30,
1988, and a final report will be produce jointly by the bureau
and the Service by October 31, 1988. Where applicable, work
products will be in the form of analysis tools which can be
used for the Flaming Gorge Biological Opinion.
