4. The Service will work with the Geological Survey to install a
data transmission platform on the gage located at Deerlodge
Park on the Yampa River. The Service will enter into a
memorandum of agreement with the Survey and the Park Service
for the maintenances of the telemetry equipment, and data will
be made available through the weather service facilities.
5. The Service will continue to operate the continuous flow
recorder during the winter, and through September 1988. Stage
and flow information will be made available for use by the
SSARR model.
6. The three tasks described above will be completed in draft
form by September 30, 1988, and in final by October 31, 1988:
Where applicable work products will be in the form of analysis
tools which can be used for the Flaming Gorge Biological
Opinion.
