4. The Service will work with the Geological Survey to install a <br />data transmission platform on the gage located at Deerlodge <br />Park on the Yampa River. The Service will enter into a <br />memorandum of agreement with the Survey and the Park Service <br />for the maintenances of the telemetry equipment, and data will <br />be made available through the weather service facilities. <br />5. The Service will continue to operate the continuous flow <br />recorder during the winter, and through September 1988. Stage <br />and flow information will be made available for use by the <br />SSARR model. <br />6. The three tasks described above will be completed in draft <br />form by September 30, 1988, and in final by October 31, 1988: <br />Where applicable work products will be in the form of analysis <br />tools which can be used for the Flaming Gorge Biological <br />Opinion. <br /> <br />A-3
