My understanding, it°s -- of his <br />4 testimony was that the courses could have been <br />5 designed differently to accomplish the same <br />6 purposes, but that's the gist of it. <br />7 Q. Do you have any personal knowledge <br />8 or expertise that would allow you to form the <br />9 opinion that the courses could have been <br />10 constructed differently to accomplish the <br />11 intended beneficial use? <br />12 A. I have some knowledge about other <br />13 courses that exist out there, for example, the <br />14 Golden course, the Littleton course, and the <br />15 Fort Coll.ins courses. To the extent that that <br />16 knowledge could relate to my opinions about how <br />17 efficient these structures are, that's knowledge <br />18 T have, but -- <br />19 Q. What is -- what is your expertise <br />20 that would allow you to opine as to whether or <br />21 not structures are operating effici'ently? <br />22 A. I don't know that I have an <br />23 expertise with regard to whether or not <br />24 structures are operating efficiently. <br />25 Q.
