This committee provides the basic biological expertise on matters pertaining to <br />fish and wildlife, <br />Because of travel considerations and common problems, subcommittees reporting to the <br />Technical Committee are organized as Upper and Lower Basin sections, The lower basin <br />slates are Arizona, California and Nevada, The upper basin states are Colorado.
