I'm sure if we had been in operation for <br />a longer period of time and had had contact with the recovery team we <br />would be in a better position to offer specific comments on the plan. <br />The plan seems well organized and appears to be biologically feasible. <br />The tasks various agencies will be requested to perform are well defined. <br />H-1 perhaps the plan could, however, be more precise concerning which <br />U. S. F&WS region would be responsible for the various tasks assigned to <br />the service. <br />The final price tag is rather scary and if the plan is approved as <br />written several agencies, including the U. S. F&WS, will have to hire <br />H-2 several full time people to perform the assigned tasks.
