The agreement also requires that any exchange <br /> <br />credits at Blue Mesa be cancelled at the end of each water year (November <br /> <br />through October), although it appears from the records that the USBR may <br /> <br />have begun to carryover exchange credits in 1980. <br /> <br />The physical exchange of storage water between Taylor Park and Blue <br /> <br />Mesa was not simulated and the model only kept track of the total amount <br /> <br />of water available to UVWUA, regardless of whether some part of it could <br /> <br />WBLA, Inc. 1909 Broadway, #3, Boulder, Colorado 80302 <br />
