Consent Agenda Itein l.a <br />Case No. 5-09CW028; Colorado River WCD, Eagle Park Reservoir Coinpany, <br />Eagle River WSD, Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority, and Vail Associates, Inc. <br />Summarv <br />This is an application for approval of a plan for augmentation and exchange for diversion into <br />storage in Homestake Reservoir on the Eagle River. The Applicants request the following: <br />1. Exchange rate of up to 100 cfs for contracted releases from Green Mountain, Wolford <br />Mountain and Ruedi Reservoirs into storage in Homestake Reservoir. <br />2. The Applicants propose to augment requested out-of-priority diversions into storage by <br />causing "the release of or otherwise coininitting to the Colorado River up to 4908 af of <br />water per year from any part or combination of the [described] Colorado River basin <br />reservoirs." <br />3.
