Now, one o.f the express goals of <br />this study was to consider alternative water right <br />claims that could provide high quality whitewater <br />boating opportunities while potentially leaving more <br />water for other uses, is that correct? <br />' A That's correct. <br />Q And one of the key points in your study is <br />the idea of trade-offs and negotiation among groups <br />interested in different flow regimes, right?
