Q And one of the trade-offs that you're
looking at is the ability to leave water for others,
right?
A I think that's a fair assessment, yes.
Q And in considering these trade-offs, you did
not consider whether the other uses already had water
rights, did you?
A In this case, you mean?
Q Yes.
A I didn't consider the other water rights in
this case, no.
Q So you did not consider whether these other
uses might have water rights senior to the whitewater
course, right?
A That's correct.
Q In fact, you're not very familiar at all
with the other water rights on Clear Creek.
A That's right. I learned most of what I know
