Gunnison County may use any unused <br />portion of the Districts' allotted time. <br />1:45 - 2:45 p.m. Presentations by Environmental Defense, High Country <br />Citizens Alliance, Western Colorado Congress, Western <br />Slope Environmental Resource Council, The Wilderness <br />Society, and Trout Unlimited (1 hour). <br />2:45 - 3:00 p.m. Presentation by Colorado Farm Bureau, Delta County <br />Farm Bureau, and Montrose County Farm Bureau <br />[Contested Hearing Participants](15 minutes). <br />3:00 - 3:10 p.m. Presentation by Colorado River Energy Distributors <br />Association (10 minutes). <br />3:10 - 3:20 p.m. Presentation by Arapahoe County (10 minutes). <br />3:20 - 3:30 p.m. Presentation by Palmer Divide Group, Town of <br />Monument, Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District, <br />Donala Water and Sanitation District, Triview <br />Metropolitan District, and Parker Water and Sanitation <br />District (10 minutes). <br />3:30 - 4:00 p.m. Public comment period (5 minutes maximum for each <br />speaker) <br />4:00 - 5:15 p.m. Rebuttal presentations by all Parties in the original order of <br />presentation, except that the CWCB Staff will present its <br />rebuttal last. The CWCB Staff, DOI, the Districts, and the <br />Environmental Parties may use no more than 15 minutes <br />each for rebuttal, and any other Party no more than 5 <br />minutes. <br />5:15 p.m. <br />Board deliberations begin <br />D. Hearing Procedures <br />1. Hearing rules. The hearing will be governed by the ISF Rules, and the Board <br />will not apply the Colorado Rules of Evidence or Civil Procedure. <br />2.
