It's makeup is 10 citizen -- excuse me -- nine citizen <br />appointed members, and they represent the seven water <br />divisions that we've identified previously as well as an <br />eighth water division, or subdivision if you will; the North <br />Platte is represented, that's the eighth member. And the City <br />and County of Denver also has a representative as well <br />separate and apart from those water divisions, so that's the <br />ninth member -- citizen member. <br />There are also six ex-officio members on that board. <br />There's one voting ex-officio member who is the executive <br />director of the Department of Natural Resources for the State <br />of Colorado, Greg Walcher in this instance. And then there <br />are five non-voting ex-officio members also on that board. <br />And they are the Colorado Attorney General, Ken Salazar; the <br />State Engineer, Hal Simpson; the Director of the Division of <br />Wildlife, Russ George; the Commissioner of Agriculture, Don <br />Ament, and the Executive Director of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, who's currently Rod Kuharich. <br />Q And what are your duties at the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board? <br />A Well, the Colorado Water Conservation Board was <br />established for five primary areas.
