I also answered questions of <br />legislators. I also assisted in the development of testimony <br />before the general assembly at the request of different <br />legislators and at the request of different board members and <br />former boards members, as well as members from the public. <br />Q Did you assist any of the CWCB members with respect <br />to the legislation and any sort of drafting? <br />A Yes, I assisted in the drafting of the legislation. <br />Q Did you assist any CWCB members with respect to <br />testimony? <br />A I did. <br />Q How so? <br />A A number of board members had asked me to assist in <br />the writing or development of their comments that they would <br />make before the general assembly. I assisted them also too in <br />bringing this issue to the board in the first place, and in <br />the context of Golden and in the larger policy context as <br />well. And we had many discussions prior to the introduction <br />of this legislation regarding Senate Bill 216, or regarding <br />possibilities for assuring that entities can't obtain a large <br />monopoly of water for a large amount of water. <br />MS. I think if he's talking about what happened at <br />the legislative assembly, we have legislative history, which <br />he's just said accurately reflects what happened at the floor
