I assist the board in the development of its <br />rules and policies. I assist the board in interpreting rules <br />and policies promulgated as well as other rules and policies <br />that currently exist. I assist the board in interpreting and <br />administering statutes that are relevant to the board's <br />interests. <br />Q Do you also use your legal experience with completing <br />those duties? <br />A I do. <br />Q And you also utilize your legal experience when <br />determining whether or not to file a statement of opposition? <br />A Yes, I do. I think it's both my legal experience and <br />legal education, but my legal experience at the Attorney <br />General's Office as well. <br />Q You've indicated on your resume that, essentially, <br />well, adding the Central City trial which just occurred in <br />May, that you testified in four different trials -- well, four <br />different trials, I believe, as an expert. Could you please <br />describe in the Central City case what kind of expert you <br />were. <br />A Certainly. I testified as an agent of the board, and
