Wyoming <br />Project Manager, Expert 1Vitne,r.c Prepared expert testimony concexning <br />groundwatex and surface water hydxology. <br />Regulatory Review, EI Paso County, Colorado <br />ProjectManager, EVert W?itne,r.r. Completed hydrogeologic investigations in <br />order to determine the adequacy of groundwater supplies for future <br />development. El Paso County had recently pxomulgated a regulation <br />reqturiig developers to have a 300-year supply of water available if the <br />source of supply was non-replenishable aquifexs. This regulation was <br />challenged by developexs. Provided hydxogeologic analysis and expert <br />testimony in the resulting court case. Also completed groundwater <br />investigations and a mathematical model (McDonald-Harbaugh USGS <br />model) for purposes of this investigation. Expert testimony was pxovided <br />and the regulation was upheld by the District Court and in successive <br />• aPPeals. <br />Water Supply <br />Augmentation/Substitute Supply Plans, Mountain Village Metropolitan District, <br />Telluride, Colorado <br />ProjectManager. Developed an augmentarion plan and three temporary <br />substitute supply plans for a development in the San Miguel River basin. <br />Developed groundwater supply system for Mountain Village Metropolitan <br />District. This project involved siting, planning, engineering, and <br />construction supervision of high-yield (700 gpm) wells fox municipal watex <br />supply. <br />Water Supply Alternatives, Battelle National Laboratories, Utah <br />Project Manager. Conducted hydrologic studies and investigations of various <br />water supply sources fox a major industrial facility in southwestern Utah. <br />Evaluated the feasibility of various souxces of supply from an engineering <br />and water rights standpoint. <br />Highway 36 Landfill, Concord Resources, Colorado <br />Project Manager. Completed work for Concoxd Resources, owner of the <br />Highway 361andfill, a depository fox hazardous waste materials located <br />approxirnately 50 miles east of Denvex.
