beneficiaries of Senate Document No. 80, the Court is exercising <br />its continuing jurisdiction in these Consolidated Cases and its <br />jurisdiction under the Colorado Water Right Determination and <br />Administration Act of 1969, as amended, as though it were the <br />Water Court of Water Division No. 5 of the State of Colorado in <br />Case No. 88CW382. <br />3. The administration of those exchanges provided for in <br />this Decree is consistent with Colorado practice, and when <br />followed by the Colorado State Engineer will distribute to the <br />West Slope beneficiaries of Senate Document No. 80 the waters <br />released by the Secretary of the Interior from the 100,000 acre- <br />foot pool in Green Mountain Reservoir, in confarmity with Senate <br />Document No. 80, the 1955 Judgment and Decree in these <br />Consolidated Cases and other applicable federal and Colorado law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED AS <br />FOLLAWS : <br />l. This Court's Decree of October 12, 1955, evidences <br />the priority date of the direct flow, storage and exchange <br />water rights for the operation of the Colorado-Big Thompson <br />Project as August 1, 1935, and those rights shall be <br />administered with said Qriority date as though adjudicated <br />in the first available adjudication following that date. <br />, z.
