Consolidated Civil Case <br />Nos. 2782, 5016 and 5017 and <br />Case No. 91CW252, WD S <br />described in Paragraph 8 hereof, are three storage facilities <br />located in Water Division No. 5 which are described as follows: <br />9.1 Dillon Reservoir, owned and operated by the Board, <br />stores water behind a dam across the channel of the Blue River <br />located in Section 13, Township 5 South, Range 78 West of the <br />6th P.M. in Summit County, Colorada. The right to store the <br />waters of the Blue River and its tributaries in Dillon <br />, Reservoir under a priority date of June 24, =946, is evidenced <br />by Decree of the District Court of Summit County in its Case <br />. Nos. 1805 and 1806 and by the Final Judgment and Final Decree <br />of the Federal District Court entered in these Consolidated <br />Cases on October 12, 1955; <br />9.2 Green Mountain Reservoir, owned and operated by <br />the United States of America, stores water behind a clam located <br />across the channel of the.Blue River downstream from Dillon <br />Reservoir in Section lI, Township 2 South, Range 80 West of the <br />6th P.M. in Summit County, Colorado. The right to store the <br />waters of the Blue River and its tributaries in Green Mountain <br />Reservoir under a priority date of August l, 1935, is evidenced <br />by the Final Judgment and Final Decree of the Federal District <br />Court er_tered in these Consolidated Cases on October 12, 1955; <br />and <br />9.3 Gunsight Pass Reservoir, also known as Wolford <br />Mountain Reservoir ("Wolford Mountain Reservoir"), is under <br />g
