Level Two Flows are claimed for up to four days per weekend, depending on <br />national holidays, and being no longer than Friday to Monday of each holiday. Applicant has <br />determined that the amounts claimed are the minimum amounts necessary to provide a <br />reasonable recreational experience during each of the above time periods, taking into <br />consideration other current and potential demands on the water supply. <br />7. Beneficial Uses: All recreational uses in and on the Blue River in connection with the <br />Blue River Whitewater Park, including, without limitation, boating, kayaking, tubing, rafting, <br />floating, canoeing and general recreational uses. <br />8. Name(s) aad address(es) of owner(s) upon which any structure is or will be located, <br />upon which water is or will be stored, or upon which water is or will be placed to benericial <br />use. Applicant owns or controls the land or right-of-way on which all structures described in <br />this application are located. <br />9. Remarks: This application is made pursuant to C.R.S. §§37-92-103(4), (7) and (10.3) <br />and C.R.S. §37-92-305(9)(6). The Town of Silverthorne is a municipality incorporated in the <br />State of Colorado. Pursuant to C.R.S. §37-92-102(5) within 30 days of filing this application, <br />Applicant will submit a copy of the application to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />("CWCB") for review. <br />Respectfully submitted this 27`h day of December, 2004. <br />HILL & ROBBINS, P.C. <br />3
