Use of Under Runs to Offset Overruns, Baseline 2 and Routing, When Apqlicable <br />Subbasin 1: <br />l. An under run from this subbasin may be used only to offset a Baseline 2, subbasin <br />2 overrun. <br />2. The only under run that may be used to offset an overrun from this subbasin is an <br />under run from Baseline 2, subbasin 2. <br />3. Normal conveyance losses from Pathfinder Dam to Guernsey Dam will be used to <br />route overruns and under runs from this subbasin to subbasin 2. <br />Subbasin 2: <br />1. An under run from this subbasin may be used only to offset a Baseline 2, subbasin <br />1 overrun. <br />2. The only under run that may be used to offset an overrun from this subbasin is an <br />under run from Baseline 2, subbasin 1. <br />3. Neither overruns nor under runs from this subbasin need to be routed. <br />Subbasin 3: <br />1. An under run from this subbasin may not be used to offset an overrun in any other <br />subbasin. <br />2. An overrun in this subbasin can not be offset by an under run in any other <br />subbasin. <br />3. No routing is needed for overruns and under runs from this subbasin. <br />Cnhhacin d• <br />1. An under run from this subbasin may be used only to offset a Baseline 2, subbasin <br />5 overrun. <br />2. The only under run that may be used to offset an overrun from this subbasin is an <br />under run from Baseline 2, subbasin 5. <br />3. Normal conveyance losses from the downstream end of this subbasin to the <br />downstream end of subbasin 5 will be used to route overruns and under runs from <br />this subbasin when applicable. <br />Subbasin 5: <br />1. An under run from this subbasin may be used only to offset a Baseline 2, subbasin <br />4 overrun. <br />2. The only under run that may be used to offset an overrun from this subbasin is an <br />under run from Baseline 2, subbasin 4. <br />3. Routing of under runs from this subbasin is unnecessary. <br />4. When applicable, normal conveyance losses from the downstream end of this <br />subbasin to the state line will be used when there is a net overrun from this
