This is your notification that <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) hereby requests that this CD be redeemed by <br />Ms. Pearl Knight, Secretary to the District, for full matured funds in the approximate amount of <br />$7,199.03 <br />Attached is a copy of Assignment of Certificate of Deposit to Loan Contract No. <br />C150030. A copy of the receipt for the deposit is also attached. <br />Release of the funds is contingent upon final payment being made to CWCB for the loan <br />on or about May 14, 2009.
